Gray Executive Search is a discreet, retained executive search and advisory firm focused on connecting exceptional senior talent with organisations that require precision, trust, and absolute confidentiality. Our Founder

Thank you for visiting Gray Executive Search. Gray Executive Search was built from a simple but consistent thread across my career: strategic relationships. They are the true infrastructure of business.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of people, capital, and leadership. I began my career in family business mediation, where I supported multi-generational enterprises navigating succession, conflict, and structural change. That experience shaped an early and lasting ability to understand people beyond titles — how they think, what drives them, and where they are best positioned to succeed within a system. I’ve been told that I ‘poke holes’ in people’s stories; so I can gain the information I need to learn about you, the Founder or CEO, your company and your human capital needs and their alignment within the company over the long-term.

From there, my work evolved into securing client roles supporting CFO-level advisory environments and private companies in transition. While the technical mandates varied, the constant was always the same: outcomes depended on the quality of relationships — between investors and founders, between leadership teams, and between strategy and execution.

As a Chief Relationship Officer of a multi-family office, I spent years helping private companies grow through the facilitation of capital and the introduction of senior executives. In many cases, capital was already accessible — what determined success was whether the right human capital was in place to deploy it effectively. That is where I focused my work: connecting people in a way that created alignment, momentum, and long-term value.

Across hundreds of meetings, conferences, and private forums, I developed a disciplined approach to identifying not just talent, but fit — the subtle but critical indicators of how individuals operate under pressure, collaborate, and lead. Over time, this became less of a process and more of an intuition shaped by pattern recognition and lived experience.

Alongside Gray Executive Search, I am also the founder of femalecsuite.com, a fractional C-suite platform that provides companies with access to senior executive leadership on a flexible, advisory, and embedded basis. The platform is designed for organizations that need experienced operators without immediately building full-time executive layers, particularly during periods of growth, transition, or capital deployment.

Gray Executive Search is the culmination of that work. It exists to serve organizations where discretion is essential and relationships are decisive — family offices, private equity firms, and privately held companies building for long-term value creation.
